Opis stanowiska:
IDOM is seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to drive growth in the airport infrastructure sector, focusing on Operational Systems Design, Telecommunications, and Security Solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong business acumen to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with international standards.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary group where you will be a key player in the development of projects, identifying and analysing their requirements and designing solutions.

Wymagania:
• Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferred).
• Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in business development within airport or critical infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in managing complex bids and international tenders.
• Skills:
- Strong knowledge of airport operational systems and telecom/security technologies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Key Competencies:
- Strategic thinking and market analysis.
- Relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Technical understanding of integrated systems.
- Results-driven and proactive approach.
