We are an international investment company with Engineering and IT Teams in Warsaw, extremely active in power markets.
Our engineering team is rooted in market fundamentals and advanced electrical engineering expertise. With a group of talented and creative engineers, we advance detailed analysis of electrical grids and systems to manage our investment portfolios. 
As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Research Analyst.
As a Digital Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our analysts and decision-makers by gathering and analyzing information on current initiatives, trends and development within the industry. Your strong internet research skills and ability to navigate digital platforms will be essential in providing valuable insights that drive our business strategies forward.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive digital research to identify and gather information on current initiatives, projects, and trends within the energy sector.
- Monitor industry reports, publications and news to stay updated on key developments, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze data and information collected to extract meaningful insights and implications for our business decision-making process.
- Collaborate closely with analysts to understand research needs and provide timely support and deliverables.
- Maintain organized databases and repositories of research findings and resources for easy access and reference.

Wymagania:
Requirements:
- Strong internet research skills with the ability to efficiently navigate online databases, search engines, and digital platforms.
- Organized, motivated and curious nature.
- Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in research and analysis.
- Relevant experience would be a plus, but it is not necessary.
